This hotel was just what we needed.

Had very enjoyable 1 night here. Everyone we encountered was very amiable. The room itself was well decorated and huge with steam bath, hot tub, as for instance provided. Had an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware at our disposal. The hotel was in an unbeatable location close enough to good restaurants, the old port, the fort and other sights, the beach and old town.

The room was beautiful and well-equipped with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom featuring both a shower and a luxurious spa bathtub.

Spent Christmas here and it was fantastic! the hotel is beautifully decorated, giving it a festive atmosphere. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to shops and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit and eat. the spa jacuzzi bathtub in the room was an absolute treat, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Parking was a bit difficult to find in the area, but that's to be expected in a busy town. the lack of kitchen utensils made cooking a bit challenging, but with so many delicious places to dine nearby, it wasn't a huge issue.

Hamam Oriental Suites in Rethymno, Crete, is a rare find with a fantastic location close to great restaurants. the staff is super-friendly and goes out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. the rooms are uniquely designed, reasonably spacious, and include a private patio, balcony, and steam bath.

The breakfast here was exceptional with many traditional options, while the rooms are luxurious and magical, complete with balconies and steam baths.

Cute, central hotel in Old Town. Reasonable price. Private jacuzzi bathtub in room! Excellent hospitality with accommodating staff, even with late check-in. Huge breakfast spread everyday. Amazing bakery nearby. Great top floor room with helpful host. Laundry service available. Wonderful food recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in the heart of the old town. the Turkish interior in both public areas and our room was stunning, with everything new and in perfect working order. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were plentiful. the top-floor room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully furnished, with Michailis, our host, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of the harbor, the castle, and many great restaurants.

We would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property ❤️.
